If you are interested in joining our practice, there are a few steps that you must complete first. You must call your insurance company to change your primary care doctor to one that you have chosen from our practice. When this is complete, you may set up an appointment. Please be aware that we need your child's records from his/her previous pediatrician before you are seen in our office. If you are unable to obtain them, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment. If you have any questions regarding this process, please contact Michelle Metz, our New Patient Advocate.

Prenatal Consult Visits

To schedule a prenatal visit you may contact our New Patient Advocate, Michelle Metz (well appointments may also help you if Michelle is unavailable). She has a multitude of information to offer you, such as which pediatrician may best suit you and your child or how to schedule an appointment. She can also send you out a packet of information, detailing how our office works. When you come in for your scheduled prenatal appointment, Michelle will show you around the office, and then leave you with a pediatrician who will be able to answer any questions you may have about your child's care.

Newborn Appointments

If you are expecting a newborn and plan to deliver at Winchester Hospital, you can inform the hospital personnel that you have chosen us as your primary care practice. They will contact us so that we can see your baby while in the hospital. If you deliver out of the area, call our office on the day that you are discharged and set up an appointment. We like to see newborns two days after discharge.
